Volunteers help create welcoming, well-run experiences for children, families, newcomers, and neighbours. Roles are matched to your interests, availability, and comfort level, with clear expectations and support from the Foundation.
Youth arts and activities
Prepare materials, welcome participants, and support facilitators during art classes, workshops, and youth activities.
Newcomer welcome
Help people feel at ease through orientation support, language-friendly information, hospitality at gatherings, and guidance toward local services.
Food and family support
Assist with approved food recovery activities, family gatherings, sorting and packing, and community resource tables.
Events and coordination
Support community events, fundraising activities, registration, communications, and the practical tasks that keep programs running well.
